Furtemba Sherpa Felicitation Program – Freeport of Monrovia Liberia

As you all know Mr. Furtemba Sherpa, world cyclist from Nepal is currently in Liberia. He is currently hosted by the kind hospitality of Nepal FPU Unit 1 in Monrovia. Liberia is special to him since this is his 100th country till date to tour.

The Nepali Community here in Liberia, would like to make his visit here special as well.

You are invited to a reception and felicitation program on behalf of the Nepalese Community in Liberia to recognize his outstanding achievement, accomplishments so far and wish him success for coming journeys. We will appreciate if you could kindly share this program event with your expat and Liberian contacts (UN, INGO’s, Govt. officials, civil society leaders etc.) and invite them so that his message and achievement spread across. We would also like to request our UNMIL friends to invite UNMIL radio to this event and please share this event information if you have any media (radio, newspaper) contacts so that it gets little publicity.

We are also planning to raise funds to Mr. Furtemba Sherpa to meet his goal to visit 151 countries by 2020 and also to support Furtemba Sherpa Foundation doing social and charitable work in Nepal. Please contribute your generous support to Mr. Gopal Gurung, Force Commader at the FPU one by 27th October for this purpose. More details for additional help we might require for this international event will be coming in the following days.
